Adapting – the process of changing to better suit a situation.
I have recently relocated my business to my home premises in Sunnydale, Noordhoek. It was a tough call to make but never-the-less the right one. I am situated in the middle of two shopping malls and lightly consider collections a “drive by print shop”. You don’t even need to get out of your car.
It is nearing one month and I am finding it both challenging whereas I find myself worrying about the next print order or if this move is frowned upon and potential customers will look elsewhere going forward but also rewarding whereas I can make use of the flexibility it provides. I can use the mornings for all print related doings and be there for my kids in the afternoon which provides a less demanding evening schedule.
I am quite excited to be able to be there for after hour collections (within reason) as well as for those Sunday night emergency school project prints.
I remain hopeful that this move will allow for greater capacity and offer a more personal assistance and the last 10 years will still indicate the passion and commitment I have to providing friendly service to your printing requirements.
